Burns Night Ball for Storehouse
Storehouse is a charity set up by my church that aims to give hope to the people in Glasgow. We want to help those people in our city who can’t afford to look after themselves fully, providing them with food and toiletries.
Their first ever Burns Night Charity Ball on Friday was a resounding success, raising more than £2000 for the charity.

The Longest Book I’ve Ever Read
I’ve had this book sitting on my shelf for about five years, waiting for me to get started… I finally finished it this evening. It is an utterly compelling story, but my goodness, it feels like the longest book I’ve ever read!
I plan to see it at the cinema this weekend, but I’m glad I’ve read it first.
