Off to see delirious? play tonight in Glasgow. Excited. More so about Tim Huges than delirious? But excited all the same.
In other news, I have just been floating around uni this week. Going to lectures. Popping into the beanscene for a wee hit. (I like it there!) Going to some more lectures. Coming back to the flat. Eating lunch. Having a wee sleep. Going out. As you do.
Went out to the QM union last night with some flatmates etc to see The Automatic play. Well now what a night! The Automatic were good (even though prior to that I only knew one song, Monster), but I’m inclined to say I actually liked the supporting band more! It was a Glaswegian band called Parka, who sound a bit like Franz Ferdinand, and have a sax player, which I love! Very energetic to watch… the lead singer/guitarist did a head over heels roll on stage, through the beer, while playing guitar… was interesting to say the least!

I was listening to Viaticum, an e.s.t. album again today, and I felt that I must share my love for this one particular song…
Started reading this book yesterday, and am really enjoying it. It’s subtitled ‘A personal journey through music’, and its all that and more. It has set me off once again on my own journey, sometimes back through music I havent listened to in years… has also convinced me to make time to put more of my music collection onto my MP3 player, something I’ve been meaning to do for ages and just never got round to!
